Montessori Children’s House contributes to your premium for health care costs if you work at least 25 hours per week. We offer a choice of Keystone HMO, Keystone POS or Personal Choice PPO and webinars that explain the benefits available so you can make fully informed decisions. Montessori Children’s House cares about work/life balance for our teams! Employees are entitled to paid, sick, and personal time off in accordance with their status as either a ten- or twelve-month employee. In addition, MCH observes up to 9 paid holidays per year for all employees working 30 hours or more per week.
All benefit eligible employees (30 hrs/week or more) can enroll up to 2 children at a 75% discount. Additional children can be enrolled at a 50% discount for each employee.

If you are 21 years of age or older and work for us, you can voluntarily contribute to a 403 (b) plan and be matched up to 3% of your total salary with Play & Learn’s contribution becoming vested after only 3 years of employment. See the below links for more information:
We offer pretax deductions for both medical and childcare expenses if you sign up for the program.
Full-time employees are offered life insurance for free that covers up to one year of salary with a cap of $50,000.
